How you apply these traits largely determine the quality of your contributions to teams, projects, products, and revenue.

Your KANNY Insights are built on feedback from people with first-hand experience working with you and observing your character in the workplace.

KANNY Insights help if you’re seeking a new job, pursuing professional development, or are simply curious about perceptions of peers and colleagues across your career. KANNY Insights are high level indicators of the unique value you offer teams and employers.

Character traits like integrity, honesty, respect, humility, work ethic, and harmony, aren’t captured in the current hiring process. Because KANNY Insights go beyond limited personality tests and references, and are based on feedback from people who have actually worked with you, they are a powerful resource to power your career journey.

KANNY Insights can be accessed by KANNY customers, including hiring teams at prospective employers and recruiting agencies. They understand that the information that is currently available for vetting candidates is limited, and appreciate the opportunity to discover some of the best aspects of your character.

How does KANNY work?

Answer:

After registering with your LinkedIn credentials, KANNY sends a questionnaire to your past and present colleagues. We ensure only genuine responses are considered, filtering out any that are intended to bias results. Our algorithm weighs both the insights that your colleagues provide and the circumstances of the colleagues themselves to produce KANNY Insights. For example, responses from a contractor who worked with you nine years ago on a brief six month project would weigh less than one from a direct report on your team for five of the last six years. The greater number of colleagues who respond, the more robust KANNY Insights become.

Anyone from your LinkedIn network with confirmed overlapping work history is eligible to provide KANNY Insights. Our system ensures the reliability of these insights by filtering out potential biases. Plus, you can also provide insights on your peers, contributing to their career growth and visibility to employers and professional development experts. Share your insights to support your colleagues’ success.

Yes! We encourage you to request KANNY Insights from peers and colleagues across your entire career. There is no time or number limit.

It’s easy! Log in to your KANNY account and click “Share my KANNY Insights”. Include it in your LinkedIn profile, paste the link in your resume and applications, or email it directly to recruiters. The insights gathered by KANNY belong to you.

KANNY Insights are not a static snapshot. As more of your peers and colleagues submit feedback, it will be reflected in your KANNY Insights.
We know that top performers crave feedback. Use KANNY Insights and the support of friends, colleagues, or a life/career coach to work on areas where you can feature or strengthen your character.

There is currently no charge for individuals to access KANNY Insights.

Yes! The privacy and security of user data has been a top priority for KANNY from the start. Leaning on the same technology that is used to protect patient data in clinical trials, KANNY uses best in class third-party vaultless tokenization to protect personal information.

If you prefer to discreetly use KANNY, simply choose the “Exclude my current employer” option in your profile. This ensures no feedback requests are sent to colleagues at your current workplace listed on LinkedIn, maintaining your confidentiality. You’re free to modify this setting whenever you wish.

Our goal at KANNY is to make a better workplace for everyone by putting a focus on our character. Of course, you can lock or unlock your KANNY Insights at any time. KANNY customers will see your account but not be able to access KANNY Insights.
