We ensure only genuine responses are considered, filtering out any that are intended to bias results. For example, responses from a contractor who worked with you nine years ago on a brief six month project would weigh less than one from a direct report on your team for five of the last six years. The greater number of colleagues who respond, the more robust KANNY Insights become.
