What is KANNY

KANNY Insights can inform hiring and development plans based on real-life first-hand data, and result in reduced turnover and cohesive, high-value teams.

How does it work

Our algorithm weighs the insights that reviewers provide and the circumstances of the reviewers themselves. The result is KANNY Insights. For example, a review by a contractor who worked with the candidate nine years ago on a brief six month project would carry less weight than one from a direct report on the candidate’s team for five of the last six years.
