How do you generate a KANNY Report?

We identify people who have worked with the candidate and gather their first-hand character insights. We aggregate and analyze the reviewers' feedback and relationship with the candidate to produce a KANNY Report, which generates once there are at least five verified reviews.

What information do you use to generate a KANNY Report?

We cannot reliably describe our own character - it must be observed by others. So KANNY asks people with first-hand experience working with candidates for their insights. Team members, managers, and direct reports answer a specialized survey and the data is then anonymized and aggregated in our system.

What if a candidate does not want a KANNY Report?

KANNY is 100% opt-in and transparent. We do this process with - not to - candidates.

Is this legal?
