KANNY goes beyond limited assessments and references that don’t capture traits like integrity, humility, accountability, respect, optimism, and grit. Feedback from people who have actually worked with you in your KANNY Report is a powerful resource to power your career journey.

KANNY Reports can only be accessed by you and KANNY customers – corporate talent acquisition teams and recruiting agencies. Insightful information available for vetting candidates is limited, so they are excited for the chance to understand your work character.

How does KANNY work?

Answer:

  1. Create an account with your LinkedIn credentials;
  2. KANNY gathers feedback from people you have worked with;
  3. We create your KANNY Report once there are enough responses.

We only consider responses from current and former coworkers – friends and family are great but if they haven’t worked with you then they can’t weigh in on your work character.

Answer:

Anyone from your LinkedIn network with confirmed overlapping work history is eligible to submit a review. Our algorithm recognizes and corrects for potential bias.

You can provide valuable feedback to your peers as well. Just login to your KANNY account and enter their LinkedIn URL to submit a review.

Yes! In fact, we encourage everyone to get their own KANNY Report. You can share your unique KANNY link on LinkedIn or by email to team members, managers, and direct reports across your entire career. There is no time or reviewer limit.

It’s easy! Log in to your KANNY account and click “Share my KANNY Report”. You can print or download a PDF. We encourage you to include it in your job applications.

Your KANNY Report is not a static snapshot. It gets updated as more of your peers and colleagues submit feedback.
We know that top performers crave feedback. Use KANNY and the support of friends, colleagues, or a life/career coach to work on areas where you can feature or strengthen your work character.

There is currently no charge for you to access your KANNY Report.

Yes! The privacy and security of user data has been a top priority for KANNY from the start. Leaning on the same technology that is used to protect patient data in clinical trials, KANNY uses best in class third-party vaultless tokenization to protect personal information.

Answer:

When you create your account you can direct KANNY to exclude coworkers from your current employer from outreach. This ensures feedback requests are not sent to colleagues at your current workplace as listed on LinkedIn. You can modify this setting in your KANNY account.

Our goal at KANNY is to make a better workplace for everyone by putting a focus on our work character. Of course, you can lock or unlock your KANNY Report at any time. KANNY customers will see your account but not be able to access KANNY Insights.
